BEHNKE ENTERPRISES ANNOUNCES SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT OPERATIONAL TRANSITION
Charlotte, North Carolina — Behnke Enterprises officially announces that the company will begin winding down operations involving its current third-party shipping and fulfillment partner, American Building Value (AMB), following the conclusion of the existing operational partnership agreement between both parties.
As part of this transition, Behnke Enterprises will move toward independently operated shipping and fulfillment management under direct company oversight moving forward. The company will no longer utilize outside operational business partners regarding shipping department functions, fulfillment logistics, or shipping-related staffing operations.
This operational adjustment applies ONLY to partnered shipping and fulfillment department operations and does NOT reflect the closure, shutdown, dissolution, financial instability, or discontinuation of Behnke Enterprises itself.
Behnke Enterprises remains fully operational and will continue overseeing all publishing initiatives, audiobook productions, media projects, Life Unfiltered, creative operations, product fulfillment, and ongoing company activities throughout and after this transition period.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Joseph D. McDermitt stated that the decision was made following internal operational review, leadership discussions, and long-term restructuring considerations regarding future company independence and internal operational management.
“This transition represents an internal operational restructuring decision specifically related to shipping and fulfillment management only,” McDermitt stated. “Behnke Enterprises is not shutting down, closing, or ending operations in any capacity. We remain fully committed to continuing our projects, productions, publishing operations, and future expansion moving forward.”
The company will continue normal operations throughout this transition while fulfillment responsibilities are gradually restructured internally under Behnke Enterprises oversight.
